/Brookwood Partners was the development advisor to the owner of 325 Seventh Street, a mixed-use project consisting of 26 stories totaling 380 units of housing and 9,000 square feet of retail in Oakland. Brookwood Partners’ involvement includes contributing to the redesign of the entitled project including refining the program, unit mix, and layout. Additionally, Brookwood Partners engaged in the approval of the updated project, selecting consultants, detailed financial analysis, and project capitalization.
325 Seventh Street is a transit-oriented development located in close proximity to two BART stops at the intersection of Lake Merritt, Jack London Square, Chinatown, and the downtown Oakland Civic Center.
